Story

The small city of Spoutsville is under a localized endemic caused by an unknown viral plague, which can infect its citizens turning them into mutated living carcasses. The city responds immediately by deploying Special Tactical Armed Forces (STAF Initiative) and military units as well as detectives to shut down the city and find the cause of the outbreak before it's too late.

You play as "Jason Benzo", a STAF agent. Your mission is to help fight off the mutants and find clues to the root of the Mutated Outbreak.
